Sara Peters

Sara Peters has extensive experience in business development and education partnerships, currently holding the position of Partner Engagement Manager at AVID Center, focusing on strategic projects and innovation. Previously, Sara served as a Senior Manager and Education Partnerships Manager at Discovery Education, and as an Account Manager at Waterford Institute. Additional roles include Regional Elementary Manager at Lakeshore Learning Materials and 5th Grade Writing Teacher at KIPP DC. Sara earned a Master of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations, and Fashion Merchandising from Marist College.
