Tori Madsen Mpa

Tori Madsen, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Avid4 Adventure since January 2023. Previously, Tori was the Business Operations Manager at Jump The Line, where responsibilities included designing internal processes, managing hiring and onboarding, and supporting the executive team. Tori also served as Team Manager for Talent Acquisition at Greenhouse Software, overseeing a team and improving hiring practices. As Manager of Talent at SonderMind, key achievements included implementing DEI strategies and transitioning ATS systems. Earlier roles include a recruiter at the City and County of Denver and Unit Co-Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, along with various administrative and research positions. Tori holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from the University of Virginia.
