Bryan Polster

Bryan Polster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Bryan serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Avidbank since 2008, where Bryan chairs the Audit and Compensation Committees, and at CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company since 2006, also chairing the Investment Committee. Additionally, Bryan has been the Chairman of the Board of Partners at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP since August 1985, overseeing strategic business development and policy implementation. Bryan's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1976 to 1985 and serving on the Board of Directors for the California Society of CPAs/CalCPA Education Foundation from 2006 to 2008. Bryan holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, earned between 1971 and 1975.
