Meredith Randall

Meredith Randall, CHRP, is a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Avidbots Corp. since November 2022, where the focus is on developing innovative autonomous cleaning solutions for commercial and industrial use. Previously, Meredith held positions in talent acquisition at Halodi Robotics, contributing to the development of a humanoid robot, and at JMP Solutions, where talent management efforts supported a range of engineering and automation services. Additionally, HR administration experience was gained at Keolis Canada, overseeing local light rail operations. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English Language and Literature from Queen's University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with Distinction from Conestoga College.
