Irina Mocanu

Irina Mocanu is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management & Organizational Development Advisor at Workleap since April 2022. In this role, Irina leads strategic people programs encompassing performance management, internal mobility, leadership frameworks, and job architecture, while also acting as a subject matter expert for various HR-related products. Prior to Workleap, Irina held positions at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Workforce Transformation, and at IBM as a Senior Change Management Consultant and Change Management Consultant. Irina's early experience includes a change management consultancy role at HEC Montréal. Irina holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Psychology from UQAM.
