The Sales and Marketing team at Avidity is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. This includes managing field marketing initiatives, leveraging data and digital products, and creating experiential marketing campaigns. The team ensures that all our brands, including McCurrach, Standout, Wave, and Thumbprint, are effectively positioned to maximize sales opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. Key roles within the team include Sales Operations Executives, Territory Managers, and Marketing and Communications Managers, all working collaboratively to support our mission of helping brands sell more.

They spearhead initiatives to help brands sell more, foster innovation, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Avidity's family of agencies, including McCurrach, Standout, Wave, and Thumbprint. Additionally, they manage partnerships and investments, such as those with Metric Capital Partners, to fuel further business evolution and industry leadership.
