Jill Ross

Jill Ross has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jill is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Avidity, a UK and Ireland Sales and Marketing business. Prior to this, they held the same role at McCurrach, Standout Field Marketing, and Wave. Jill also has experience with IGD, where they served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees. In addition, they have a long history with Unilever, holding positions such as Global Vice President and Managing Director. Overall, Jill has a diverse background in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership within the FMCG, Technology, and Financial Services sectors.

Jill Ross attended The University of Edinburgh from 1991 to 1995, earning an MA Hons degree in French & Politics. Jill also pursued further education at Sciences Po Grenoble in 1993-1994, completing a one-year diploma in Institut d’Etudes Politiques. In 2016, they participated in the Women's Leadership Development Programme at INSEAD. Prior to their university studies, they attended King Edward VI High School, Edgbaston, from 1984 to 1991.
