James Lewis is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in consulting and strategic leadership. As Co-Founder of SkillsProject since June 2023, James is focused on leveraging skills-based performance data to enhance workforce development in the AI era. Previously, James served as Chief Executive Officer at Avidity Solutions, overseeing technology consulting that empowers organizations to maximize data asset value. As Vice President at Caserta, James played a key role in driving substantial Data Modernization programs for Fortune 500 clients before its acquisition by McKinsey. James co-founded Now Business Intelligence, leading the firm in delivering innovative, technology-enabled solutions. Additionally, as Vice President of North America at Onward Technologies Limited, James established US operations, generating significant revenue. James began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Millennium Consulting and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Manchester.
