Kosh Neupane, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of CMC / Tech Dev. at Avidity Biosciences, Inc., since January 2023. In this role, responsibilities include designing experimental plans, analyzing data, authoring technical reports, and facilitating tech transfers to external manufacturing organizations. Previous experience encompasses teaching roles as Adjunct Faculty at El Camino College and various leadership positions at Bachem from 2015 to 2022, where Kosh directed research and development programs and managed process development projects. Kosh also held research fellow positions at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tufts University, and the University of Michigan, focusing on environmental pollutants and innovative chemical solutions. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University.
