Dane Hewlett

Dane Hewlett is a seasoned professional specializing in leadership development and organizational training, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at AvidXchange, Inc. since January 2023. With extensive experience as an External Leadership Development Consultant for various organizations, including Peak Beverage and Grundéns, Dane has successfully implemented employee development programs and facilitated team-building workshops. Previous roles include Leadership Development Consultant at Deep Dive Consulting and ImageFIRST, where Dane developed performance and talent management systems and provided ongoing coaching.
