Jarrett Tran

Jarrett Tran, PCAM, currently serves as a Senior Account Executive in Community Association Management at AvidXchange, Inc. Since August 2022, Jarrett has built a substantial career in community association management, previously holding the position of Regional Vice President at CAMS from June 2020 to July 2022, and Vice President of Onsite Management at GrandManors from November 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included expanding operations across multiple states and developing operational support systems. Jarrett also has extensive experience as General Manager for Fifth and Poplar Condominiums with multiple management firms, overseeing budget preparations and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Educationally, Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
