Glenn Bergeron has over 35 years of work experience. Glenn began their career in 1984 as a Software Engineer, SQA Engineer, and Electronics Technician at Agfa. In 1999, they became a Software Engineer at Response Networks. In 2000, they moved to Avid as a Software Engineer. In 2001, they returned to Agfa as a Software Engineer. In 2004, they moved to Raytheon as a Software Engineer. In 2016, they became a Flight Instructor at AirDirect Airways. In 2018, they began working at East Coast Aero Club as a Certified Flight Instructor / Instrument. Since 2007, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Avidyne, developing software for DO-178B-certified avionics displays and performing test pilot tasks using a Cessna C182 under Experimental Certificate-Market Survey.
Glenn Bergeron obtained a Certificate in Electronics Technician from ATI/Woburn in 1983. Glenn then attended Merrimack College from 1985 to 1995, earning a BS in Computer Science. In 1998, they earned a Private Pilot ASEL from the Federal Aviation Administration. Glenn then attended the Air Direct Airways Flight Academy from 2007 to 2009, earning an Instrument Rating. From 2014 to 2015, they earned a Commercial Pilot degree from the same institution. In 2016, they earned a Certified Flight Instructor certification from the East Coast Aero Club and a Commercial Pilot ASEL from the Federal Aviation Administration. Finally, in 2018, they earned a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument Airplane certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
