Dominik Czul

Dominik Czul currently serves as the Global Process Owner for Order to Cash at Avient Corporation, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Dominik held the position of Senior Manager for RPA Global Commercial Experience (O2C) standardization and automation at Diageo from August 2019 to November 2023, overseeing automation efforts across 85 sales entities in 48 countries. Dominik's experience at IBM from May 2013 to July 2019 includes roles as a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert and Service Delivery Manager, where contributions spanned leading O2C projects and managing a team within a significant outsourcing contract. Earlier experience at HEINEKEN involved facilitating knowledge transfer in Cash Application processes. Dominik holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from Krakow University of Economics, obtained in 2011.
