Justin M. Hess

Justin Hess is Vice President, Global Process Design at Avient Corporation, a premier provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions and services. In this role, Mr. Hess is leading the company’s comprehensive, global and strategic ERP system upgrade and consolidation.

Mr. Hess joined Avient in 2010 and has since advanced through progressively increasing roles of global responsibility, including Assistant Controller; Finance Director for Europe; Finance Director for the Color, Additives and Inks segment; Vice President of Internal Audit and Corporate Ethics Officer; and Vice President, Corporate Controller.

Before joining Avient, Mr. Hess served as Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
