Manoj Kumar Kasina, PhD, is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Intellectual Property at Avient Corporation since May 2022, having previously held the position of Analyst in the same field. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Patent Analyst and Patent Analyst at Dolcera from September 2017 to May 2022, along with two stints as a Visiting Research Scholar at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea between June 2015 and February 2017. Academically, Manoj holds a Diploma in Patents Law from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad and two PhDs in Polymer Chemistry from Vellore Institute of Technology, complemented by a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry.
