Mahesh Makam

Mahesh Makam has extensive work experience spanning various roles in the Sales Engineering field. Mahesh started their career at Williams Communications Group as a Project Engineer in 2000 and then joined Canon USA as a Technical Representative in 2003. At Canon USA, they were involved in Pre and Post Sales Engineering, Technical Marketing, Trade show support, and Systems Engineering. Moving on, Mahesh joined DVTel in 2006, where they held multiple positions including Sales/Systems Engineer, Product Manager - Access Control Division, and Director of Sales and Support Engineering - EMEA. In 2011, they joined Avigilon as a Sales Engineer and progressed to the position of Sales Engineering Manager, Director of Sales Engineering, and finally Vice President Sales Engineering, North America. In 2018, they transitioned to Motorola Solutions as Vice President - Sales Engineering Avigilon, North America. Throughout their career, Mahesh has been involved in sales engineering, management, and technical leadership positions.

Mahesh Makam completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University from the years 1996 to 2001.
