Ciara Flynn

Ciara Flynn is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Head of Contracts at AviLease since November 2022, Ciara oversees contract management functions. Previously, Ciara held the position of Vice President Operations & Head of Contract Management at AMCK Aviation, where responsibilities included managing over $200 million in letter of credit and overseeing lease agreements for 41 airlines across multiple jurisdictions. Ciara's experience also includes roles as Vice President of Technical Finance at Avolon and CIT Aerospace, focusing on budget management and financial analysis related to aircraft assets. The career began at CIT Aerospace International, where Ciara managed a multi-functional team and facilitated significant leasing portfolio transitions. Educational qualifications include degrees from Technological University Dublin and Dublin Business School.
