Maurice Quiroz

Maurice Quiroz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in procurement contracts and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Contracts at Atlassian since March 2021, Maurice leads a team of eight legal professionals, managing high volumes of licensing and purchasing contracts across diverse sectors such as IT, marketing, and employee benefits. Previously, as Director of Contracts for Strategic Sourcing at LinkedIn from 2019 to 2021, Maurice transformed the contracts organization to accommodate growing procurement demands and successfully led a global team. Prior to LinkedIn, Maurice worked at Intel Corporation as Counsel for Corporate Strategic Procurement, where responsibilities included providing legal support for IT and services contracts, and held the position of Corporate Counsel at Spyrus, Inc. for 14 years, where Maurice negotiated contracts with major global entities. Maurice holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in Geography/Ecosystems from UCLA.
