Daniela Paglia

Daniela Paglia serves as the Head of Controlling at Avincis since May 2022, leading a team of four in the design and implementation of a new controlling model that includes an automated P&L structure and change management initiatives. Previously, Daniela held the role of Planning and Controlling Manager at Neopharmed Gentili S.P.A. from June 2017 to April 2022, overseeing reporting activities, budget forecasts, and the implementation of a consolidated management system. Earlier experience includes positions as Finance Controller and Controller and Business Analyst at Neopharmed Gentili S.P.A. and COMIFAR DISTRIBUZIONE SPA, respectively, and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from November 2008 to January 2015, focusing on financial statement reviews and internal control assessments. Daniela holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2006-2008).
