Ladere Simcock

Ladere Simcock currently serves as the Head of Controlling at Allwyn UK, overseeing Financial Control, Treasury, Trust, and Assurance since May 2024. Previously, Ladere held the position of Head of Group Controlling at Costa Coffee from October 2020 to November 2023, leading a team responsible for statutory and group reporting, inventory and FMCG controlling, and significant process improvements. Prior to Costa Coffee, Ladere worked at TUI from November 2010 to October 2020 in various financial controller roles, managing financial responsibilities for aviation planning and reporting for Thomson Airways. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounting Manager for Tourops and Reporting Manager for Thomson Airways at TUI Travel PLC. Ladere holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the University of Salford (2002-2004).
