Talysson Castro has a diverse work experience. Talysson currently works as a Senior Developer at AVIO Consulting since April 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Jobsity as a Senior Java Engineer from April 2021 to August 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, Talysson worked at CISS Software e Serviços, starting as a Delphi Developer in October 2009 and later transitioning to various roles. Talysson served as a PowerBuilder Developer, where they developed and maintained solutions for an ERP system, utilizing PowerBuilder as the programming language and DB2 as the database. Talysson then became a Java Developer, working on applications using Java programming language, JavaEE, Spring, JSP, REST, and SOAP. In their role as a C++/Qt Developer, they designed and implemented embedded software for Raspberry PI using the Qt framework. As a Technical Lead, they led the team, conducted proofs-of-concept, applied design patterns, and managed the building process. Finally, as a Solution Architect, they led the team and designed and implemented solutions to integrate various applications, architecting and building highly scalable, cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.

Prior to their employment at CISS Software e Serviços, Talysson worked at Precisa Informática as a Delphi Developer from October 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they developed and maintained solutions for an accounting system and ERP, using Delphi and Firebird. Talysson also implemented a system to control the flow of tasks carried out by developers and delivered to clients.

Talysson Castro has a diverse education history. From 2016 to 2017, they pursued graduate studies at the Federal University of Technology - Parana, specializing in Java. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Talysson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UNISEP. Earlier on, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the Leonardo da Vinci School, where they earned a technical license in IT.

In addition to their formal education, Talysson also holds certifications from MuleSoft. In October 2021, they became a Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect, and in June 2021, they achieved the certification of Mulesoft Certified Developer.
