Issam Mohamed

Issam Mohamed has several years of work experience in various roles related to cloud operations and support. Issam currently works as a Cloud Operations Engineer at AVIOBOOK, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Engineer at Risetime from September 2018 to June 2022. Issam also served as a Cloud Support Engineer at Sofbang Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 to September 2018. Before their cloud-related roles, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at Gogo from June 2015 to August 2016. Their earliest work experience was as a Sales Representative at T-Mobile, where they worked from October 2011 to June 2015.

Issam Mohamed received their Bachelor of Science in Biology, General from Northeastern Illinois University from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Issam has obtained several certifications including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA) from AWS in May 2021, the Alteryx Designer Core Certification from Alteryx in March 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from AWS in February 2021.
