Benas Kuprys

Benas Kuprys has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Airworthiness Review Staff (ARC Signatory) and holding roles such as Fleet Development Manager and Fleet Transition Engineer at Avion Express since May 2021. Prior to this, Benas worked as an AD/SB Engineer at Aviatic MRO for a brief period and held multiple positions at Avion Express from September 2017 to February 2021, including CAMO Engineer and Technical Records Engineer. Responsibilities have included the evaluation of structure-related ADs/SBs, reviewing damage and repair files during aircraft delivery, and managing component movements and historical records in the Oases system. Benas holds a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland and a degree in Aviation Mechanics Engineering from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
