Madhuwanti Joshi

Madhuwanti Joshi is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across the renewable energy, power electronics, and semiconductor industries. Since March 2018, Madhuwanti has served as the Electrical Engineering Manager at Avionic Instruments and continues to hold the position of Research and Development Manager at Integra Power LLC, focusing on renewable energy solutions. A National Solar Science Fellow at IIT Bombay since August 2012, Madhuwanti conducts research on solar energy applications. Previous roles include R&D Manager and Design Engineer at Petra Solar, where innovative solar applications were developed, and positions at Breeze Eastern, Lamina Ceramics, MKS Instruments, Lambda America, Epcos Inc, and the Indian Institute of Technology. Madhuwanti holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, along with a Master's and Bachelor's in Instrumentation Engineering from the Government College of Engineering.
