John Long is the Founder and Co-Chairman at Avionté Staffing and Recruiting Software. John has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting software industry. Prior to founding Avionté, John was the President of TempWorks Software from 1997-2004. TempWorks is one of the largest staffing and recruiting software companies in the world. In 2004, John left TempWorks to start eEmpACT Software, which was later acquired by Avionté in 2005.
John Long has a BA in Math, Computer Science and Statistics from St. Olaf College. John also went to Stevens Point Area Senior High.
