Shree Mandadi

Shree Mandadi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shree is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Racchabanda, a secure conference solution with integrations into Tele-Health applications. In this role, they have developed a tele-presence bot that enhances bedside care for hospitalists.

In 2021, Shree Mandadi took on the position of Managing Director - Integrations at Avira Digital. Here, they assist organizations in redefining and reengineering their digital strategies to make them future-ready. The services offered by Avira Digital include digital transformation advisory, emerging technology engineering, innovation lab setup, legacy re-platforming services, and integrations.

Prior to these roles, Shree Mandadi founded Teqnobot in 2019, where they served as the CEO. Shree was responsible for shaping the company's vision and direction. Shree also founded incubation.ventures in 2017, where they served as the President. Through this venture, Shree Mandadi mentored entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in IoT, SAAS, and healthcare, providing access to angel funding.

From 2017 to 2020, Shree Mandadi held the position of Head of Architecture, R&D, and CISO at AutoRABIT. This company specializes in release management for Salesforce applications and helps organizations implement continuous integration. Shree Mandadi was responsible for leading the architecture, research and development, and ensuring data security.

From 2016 to 2017, Shree Mandadi co-founded a stealth-mode startup company that focused on DevOps maturity model scoring for enterprises. Shree also worked as a Technical Account Director at MuleSoft Inc from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they engaged with healthcare clients, enabling them with API approaches and optimizing digital delivery.

Earlier in their career, Shree Mandadi held various positions at CareFusion and CardinalHealth, primarily as an enterprise integration architect and a senior consultant specializing in SAP and integrations. Shree was responsible for leading technology and business initiatives, developing technical infrastructure, and managing software development and support environments.

Shree Mandadi started their career at IBM, during which they served as a senior management consultant. In this role, they provided leadership and direction on large-scale project management and consultative engagements for clients such as Disney, Fujitsu Micro Electronics, and Ice Cream Partners.

Throughout their career, Shree Mandadi has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, integrations, release management, API approaches, and enterprise architecture. Shree has a strong background in healthcare technology and has played a significant role in mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs in the industry.

Shree Mandadi completed a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from KAKATIYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, from 2004 to 2006, Shree pursued an EMBA in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
