David M Brown

David M Brown has a diverse work experience in the legal field. David M started their career as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2011. David M then interned as an AUSA Intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York in early 2012. Later that year, they served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert L. Vining at the United States Courts. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Associate at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. After that, they joined Baker & Hostetler LLP as a Privacy & Data Protection Attorney until 2019. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Senior Counsel and Director of Privacy - Americas at Avis Budget Group.

David M Brown has a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Community Planning (MCP) degree at the University of Cincinnati from 2007 to 2009. David M'sundergraduate studies were completed at Cleveland State University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they hold certifications such as CIPP/E (from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals) and The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the same institution.
