Heidi Myers

Heidi Myers has extensive experience in talent acquisition and has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Heidi is currently serving as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Avis Budget Group since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Omnicell from February 2022 to October 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Heidi worked at Ball Corporation, where they held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, they successfully built and led a Global Talent Acquisition strategy and function, overseeing a team of 30+ professionals across the Americas and EMEA. Heidi also provided strategic partnerships to Business Unit Leaders and the HR Leadership Team, ensuring the acquisition of the right talent at the right time.

Before joining Ball Corporation, Heidi held positions at ServiceSource as a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations in 2015, at Newalta as a Senior Talent Advisor from 2014 to 2015, and at EQT Corporation as a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition from 2010 to 2014.

Heidi Myers obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in English Writing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in the years 1999 to 2003. Heidi also completed the Women's Emerging Leadership Program at Duquesne University and attended the Lou Adler Recruiter Bootcamp. In 2011, they obtained the DDI Targeted Selection Trainer certification from Development Dimensions International.
