Kris Skinner

Kris Skinner has extensive experience in the car rental industry, currently serving as an Independent Owner and Agency Owner at Avis Budget Car and Truck Rental, operated by P3 Car Rental LLC since November 2021. With a tenure at Avis Budget Group starting in January 1986, Kris has held positions such as Territory Performance Manager for multiple regions including Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, and the Western Carolinas, overseeing significant operations in a $10 million territory. Prior experience includes managing 14 off-airport locations in the Dayton, Ohio area and serving as Airport Manager in Dayton. Kris attended Wright State University from 1986 to 1987.
