Maya Bennett, CSPO

Maya Bennett, CSPO has four years of experience in the product management field. In 2021, they joined Avise Inc as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at RE/MAX as a Product Owner from 2020, where they collaborated with a multi-functional team to strategize, design, and build a mobile and desktop CRM and fully owned the product development lifecycle including decomposing features into user stories or smaller work items to enable team execution and delivery. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Product Operations Manager at First, which was acquired by RE/MAX. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Project Manager at Reader Communities.

Maya Bennett has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from William & Mary, which they obtained in 2008. Maya then went on to obtain a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 2013. In 2019, they completed the SQL for Exploratory Data Analysis Essential Training course from LinkedIn. Finally, in 2020, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
