Christopher currently works at Aviso Wealth, where they hold the position of Director of Data Science and Visualization, leading AI/ML strategies and research, guiding data-driven decision-making, and creating data science roadmaps. Prior to Aviso Wealth, Christopher worked as the Director of Business Analytics at Aviso Wealth and the Analytics Leader for Marketing Analytics at Cadillac Fairview. Christopher also gained experience in people analytics as a Senior Advisor at Hydro One and held various roles at Rogers Communications and Scotiabank. Christopher Hayes has a diverse education history. Christopher obtained a Master's degree in Data Analytics and Visualization from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's in Analytics at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2017 to 2018. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Geography from Ryerson University. Additionally, Christopher acquired certifications in various fields including Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute, Lean Six Sigma from the EZSigma Group, and Visual Analytics from OCAD University. Moreover, they have obtained multiple certifications and training programs in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, Data Science Solution on Azure, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, Tableau Author, and Power BI. Furthermore, Christopher has received certifications in marketing, financial services, and small business banking from reputable institutions such as the Canadian Marketing Association, Canadian Securities Institute, and Scotiabank.
