Donna Krakovsky is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Aviso Wealth since May 2022, Donna supports enterprise-wide initiatives related to performance management, talent review, and professional development. Prior to Aviso Wealth, Donna held the position of Director of Talent Management at Altus Group, where strategic talent development programs were implemented. Earlier roles include Associate Director positions at Bell Canada, focusing on leadership development and human resources, as well as Human Resources Director at dmg world media and Human Resources Advisor at Canada Trust. Donna holds an MBA in Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BBA in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University.
