Patrick Sauter is a Principal at Avison Young in Las Vegas, leading the Sauter Multifamily group specializing in multifamily investment sales since March 2020. With a career in real estate starting in 1998, Patrick has played a key role in the sale of over $3 billion in investment real estate, which includes more than 20,000 multifamily units as well as large shopping centers and office buildings in the Las Vegas market. Prior to Avison Young, Patrick served as Managing Partner at NAI Vegas from 1997 to March 2020, focusing on investment sales and overseeing company operations. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earned between 1992 and 1996.
