Andrew Joyner

Andrew Joyner, CCIM, serves as Senior Vice President at Avison Young since June 2021, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia regions, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, acreage, and investment properties. Prior to this role, Andrew Joyner was a Sales Associate at The Simpson Company from February 2004 to June 2021, where regional market expertise and comprehensive services were provided to clients, investors, and businesses. Andrew Joyner began a career in real estate as a Property Management Intern at The Simpson Company in mid-2002, contributing to the management of commercial properties and tenant relations. Andrew Joyner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 1999 and 2003.
