James Kelly is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial and investment properties. Currently serving as Principal/Senior Vice President at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate since June 2012, James has a robust background that includes roles as Vice President of Investment Property at Grubb & Ellis and Vice President of Brokerage Operations at Gustine Company/Armstrong Development. As the President and Founder of Keystone Realty Group between 1986 and 2000, James established a full-service brokerage. Earlier career experience includes positions as Vice President of Acquisitions/Finance at American Equity Corporation and Senior Loan Representative at Westinghouse Credit Corporation. James's educational background includes degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Management from Temple University and Equitable, respectively, along with valuation training from the Appraisal Institute.
