Keith Lipton

Keith Lipton is currently the Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations at Avison Young. Keith has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Keith began their career in 1989 as a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. Keith then spent seven years at CBRE, where they served as Managing Director of Asset Services. In this role, they were responsible for all property and project management business in DC, MD, & VA.

In 2006, Keith became Managing Director of the DC Metro Region at Grubb & Ellis. Keith oversaw all company operations and business lines in DC, MD, & VA. Keith held this position until 2009, when they joined Avison Young.

At Avison Young, Keith has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion. Keith has led the US operations team through several successful mergers and acquisitions, and has helped to establish Avison Young as a leading commercial real estate firm.

Keith Lipton has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
