Patty Proshek

Patty Proshek is a seasoned professional in real estate management and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Property Management Accounting at Avison Young since June 2022, where responsibility includes leading the Property Management Accounting group and enhancing the service delivery platform for clients. Prior to this role, Patty served as a Senior Strategic Consultant at 5th Street from February 2021 to July 2022, focusing on delivering high-quality real estate consultancy services. Patty's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at CBRE, where from 1987 to September 2019, Patty held the position of Executive Managing Director and Global Leader of Real Estate Accounting Services, managing over 2,000 financial professionals. Patty graduated from the College of Saint Benedict in 1984.
