Ted Stratigos

Ted Stratigos is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, having joined the firm in August 2013 to lead its Long Island office. With 33 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stratigos is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of Avison Young’s Long Island presence, as well as managing day-to-day operations and serving clients. Prior to this role, Stratigos spent 33 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where Ted was an Executive Director and focused on tenant representation services since the Long Island office's inception in September 1980.
