Teresa Benavides

Teresa Benavides is an experienced professional in the Real Estate industry, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Donna Abood, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young in Miami since December 2014. With over 16 years of experience, Teresa oversees the leasing division for the Miami region. Previously, Teresa worked at Colliers International South Florida from December 2011 to December 2014 as the Executive Assistant to both Donna Abood and CEO Stephen Nostrand, managing the administrative aspects of the leasing arm and coordinating events. Teresa's career began at BH Capital Partners, LLC, where as Office Manager from June 2004 to September 2010, responsibilities included overseeing accounting, human resources, marketing, and operations for significant residential developments in South Florida. Teresa is an alumna of Miami Dade College.
