Carol Bretz has been in the food service and environmental services industry since 2011. Carol began their career as the Culinary & Life Enrichment Director at Sante of Mesa in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Dignity St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center as the Nutritional Services & Environmental Services Manager. In 2019, they were appointed as the Food Service, Environmental Director at Avista Senior Living.
Carol Bretz attended Highland College from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a degree in Culinary Management with a focus in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
