Janna Loeppky

Janna Loeppky serves as the Greenhouse Gas Program Lead at Avista since November 2020, overseeing climate and air quality-related duties, including policy compliance and greenhouse gas accounting across multiple states. Previously, Janna held the role of Environmental Scientist (Thermal Support) at Avista, focusing on air quality compliance for thermal power generation. Prior experience includes serving as an Air Permit Analyst at Sphere 3 Environmental, Inc., an Environmental Coordinator for the City of Dallas, and a State Lands Forester for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Janna holds a Master of Forestry in Sustainable Forest Management from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Applied Math from Humboldt State University.
