Jeri Degregorio

Jeri DeGregorio has extensive experience in customer care, billing, and human resources, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently employed at Avista since July 2014, Jeri specializes in customer care and billing. Previously, Jeri worked at Coldwater Creek for 12 years in various HR roles, including Sr. HRIS Analyst/HR Project Manager, contributing to significant SAP HCM implementations and managing critical HR projects such as talent management and compliance. Jeri's earlier experience at Mervyns involved store management, where responsibilities included staff management and customer service. Jeri has completed SAP training courses and holds a degree from The George Washington University School of Business.
