Austin Doak, CTS, is an accomplished Project Manager at AVI Systems with extensive experience overseeing more than 269 successful audiovisual installation projects across various industries, including Healthcare and Higher Education. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Audiovisual Lead at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, where Austin mentored staff and enhanced customer service and technology initiatives. In earlier roles, Austin managed media services at St. Edward's University, coordinating numerous projects, staff development, and high-profile events while demonstrating effective problem-solving and communication skills.
