Steve Wolford

Steve Wolford, MHA has over 16 years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Steve currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avita Health System. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Atrium Centers from October 2021 to March 2022. From 2010 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Interim HealthCare, where they managed HR functions across multiple states. Steve also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Crawford Hoying from 2005 to 2009.

Steve Wolford, MHA has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Hospital and Health Services Administration from Xavier University. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
