Lauren Geer

Lauren Geer is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving at IAC since April 2023, Lauren previously held the same title at Related Companies from August 2016 to April 2023. Lauren's career also includes significant positions at Citi, including SVP of Executive Compensation and Incentive Compensation Manager, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley, CIT, and earlier at Amgen as a Compensation Intern. Lauren Geer holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
