Sharon Grason

Sharon Grason has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Sharon currently serves as the Director of Clinical Training Specialists at AVITA Medical since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Northside Hospital as the Trauma Education & Community Outreach Coordinator from July 2021 to June 2023. Sharon also held the position of Director of Nursing Program at Georgia Gwinnett College from January 2013 to July 2021. Before transitioning into education, they worked as a Staff Nurse on 8N (Surgical Services) at Gwinnett Medical Center from August 2004 to July 2016. Their career started as an Educator Nurse at Georgia Perimeter College from August 2008 to December 2012.

Sharon Grason has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nursing Education from Mercer University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing Science from Georgia State University from 2002 to 2004. Sharon also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
