Daryush Rasadi

Daryush Rasadi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager for M&A and Corporate Development at Avito since July 2020, Daryush has successfully managed significant transactions, including a notable $2 billion deal for the sale of Avito. Previous roles include Senior Analyst and Manager at VTB Capital, where Daryush analyzed and executed over 20 credit deals totaling more than $1.5 billion. Daryush’s background also includes internships at Deloitte and LUKOIL, as well as a teaching assistantship at the Higher School of Economics. Daryush holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
