Elena Pushnaia

Elena Pushnaia is an experienced product leader with a strong background in seller experience and monetization strategies. Currently serving as Head of Product for Seller Experience and Advertising & Monetization at Авито since November 2021, Elena has previously held the role of Head of Product for Monetization Technologies at Admitad Global from June 2019 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager position at Yandex Go (June 2018 - June 2019) and a Product Marketing Intern role at Google (June 2017 - June 2018). Elena's career began with various intern positions at SAP, BCG, and JLL from October 2015 to August 2016. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, completed between 2014 and 2018.
