Jose Lezcano

Jose Lezcano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and business operations within the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as VP of Strategy at AVIV Group since September 2025, Jose previously held several significant roles at Adevinta, including Advertising Director and General Manager of Milanuncios in Adevinta Spain. Prior to that, Jose worked at Schibsted Media Group as Head of Strategy & Business Development for mature markets and Head of Strategy & Growth for emerging markets. A background in strategy and growth was further developed at Schibsted Classified Media and roles at Privalia, ALTAIR Consulting, Circulo de Lectores, and everis. Jose holds an MBA from Esade and an engineering degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by executive education from the University of California, Berkeley.
