Risha Rohoman, CHRL, serves as the AVP, HR Business Partner at Aviva Canada since October 2024, following a tenure as Director of HR Business Partnering at Metrolinx. With extensive experience in directing human resources functions at Allstate Canada, which included roles as Director of Human Resources and Manager of Talent Acquisition, Risha successfully provided strategic HR consulting, policy development, and employee relations solutions.
